As part of our partner’s commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in line with ISO 9001:2015, our team recently traveled to South Africa for an in-depth technical training program with our valued partners, Siyakhula Elevators and Hands On lifts.
Held at the Johannesburg branch, the training focused on the latest technological advancements in Vimec products, including IoT capabilities for remote monitoring, streamlined installation processes, and efficient maintenance procedures.
Sales executives and managers from all Siyakhula and Hands On lifts branches across South Africa, alongside head technicians, participated in the sessions. Together, we explored ways to further enhance customer experience by minimizing installation times and maximizing the reliability of our solutions.
