Last week, we hosted on of our partner from Poland for a training session on our new platform stairlift V6s. This training was a one-to-one tailored session made for our of our longest term dealers to support them in understanding our new platform stairlift and its features in details.
The training session was conducted by our polish team which shared valuable insights and hands-on experience with the dealers to help them understand the product’s nitty-gritty. The session covered everything from installation to maintenance, and our dealers had the opportunity to ask any questions and clarify their doubts.
Our aim is always to ensure that our dealers have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive 360° support to our customers.
We are proud to commit to customer satisfaction, and this training session was just another step towards the achievement of that goal.
